Conscious Cravings: Ridiculously Delicious Raw Cookie Dough

We’ve been told over and over not to eat raw cookie dough. I always looked forward to licking that spoon or scraping that bowl. I needed a dessert before the dessert was baked and paired with some milk.


Forget being worried about raw eggs! This recipe is also grain & dairy free. This quick and easy recipe will minimize dishes and please your family.


Grain and Dairy Free Raw Cookie Dough Recipe

1.5 cup Almond Flour

3 TBSP Melted Coconut Oil

½ TBSP Vanilla Extract

3 TBSP Maple Syrup

1 TBSP Almond Milk

Dash of salt

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (I use the Enjoy Life Food brand)



Directions:

Mix all ingredients except for the chocolate chips

Fold in the chocolate chips

Refrigerate for about an hour and then enjoy
