Danielle - As an obese teen and young adult I always felt the pressure to lose weight. I tried diet after diet, extreme weightloss measures and nothing ever worked. It wasn't until a friend introduced me to "clean eating" and Beachbody workouts (T25, 21 day fix, PiYo, P90X3, Core de Force, etc) that I found what I actually works. EATING REAL FOOD and moving my body regularly. Seems simple enough, why hadn't I grasped that long ago? I fell in love with health & wellness and went on pursue my Master's Degree in Nutrition. Now helping others fuel their bodies correctly and truly creating a family legacy shift I've built a business around helping YOU build a resilent life.
My Story - I have 2 beautiful young children who keep my husband and I on our toes and are one of the primary motivations for living a healthy life. We want to be coach parents, not couch parents. Being active and engaged in our children's lives is important to us. With Matthew being an active duty Army soldier for over 16 years, our lives are constantly in motion. We know the challenges people face as far as how busyness, tiredness, and stress effect how you live your life. Founding Team Nourish was in response to the huge need for more resiliency in our lives and in the other people around us lives. We all want to be around for the long haul and with a combination of proper nutrition, a daily fitness routine and attention to your mental and spiritual health is the quickest and most sustainable way to achieve that goal!
