What if I told you you could make a supercharged caramel latte in less than 90 seconds at home that is WAY healthier and costs the same or cheaper? It's true... I ain't lyin to ya sister. There are 3 SUPER quick ways to make a healthier caramel latte!
Way 1 - the quickest (my favorite) 1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology 4 ice cubes 10 oz water 1/8 tsp caramel extract Put it all in a blender and DRINK UP! Way 2 - little more pre-planning but JUST as yummy
