Vegan Supercharged Caramel Latte - 3 ways


Those dreaded mornings. You know the ones... when your babies didn't sleep... when the rooster crows just a leeeettttleee too early. When the coffee pot is calling your name, but you remember your nutrition coach (me) told you that hitting the pot over and over and over doesn't do anything but drain you, your body just becomes overly dependent on it and it ends up making you crash later. So you tell yourself you're just going to stop by the coffee shop today on the way to school drop off... you tell yourself it'll be quicker (WRONG, those lineessss) you tell yourself it'll be cheaper (cheaper than what?!?! $$$ CA-CHING)... you tell yourself it's really not THAT unhealthy (WRONG... unless you're a black coffee drinker, you're kidding yourself). What if I told you you could make a supercharged caramel latte in less than 90 seconds at home that is WAY healthier and costs the same or cheaper? It's true... I ain't lyin to ya sister. There are 3 SUPER quick ways to make a healthier caramel latte!

Way 1 - the quickest (my favorite) 1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology 4 ice cubes 10 oz water 1/8 tsp caramel extract Put it all in a blender and DRINK UP! Way 2 - little more pre-planning but JUST as yummy

1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology 4 pre-made coffee cubes (freeze leftover coffee in an ice cube tray and save for THIS occasion!) 10 oz water 1/8 tsp caramel extract Way 3 - It's pretty good, not as quick, wayyyyy less super charged 8oz prepared coffee 1/8 tsp caramel extract Splash of almond milk (vanilla, sweetened) If you want to order just a sampler pack and give this a shot you can do that here: Sampler
