Ever have leftover chicken and need something to do with it? CRAVING takeout but wanting to stay on track with your health eating? Our kids LOVE this and it's SO easy and inexpensive. Great way to enjoy takeout without picking up the phone!
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked brown rice (1 cup uncooked)
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup broccoli, chopped small
1/2 cup frozen peas
3 scallions chopped
2-3 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Amnios
pepper to taste
20oz cooked chicken diced in bite sized pieces
Directions
Scramble eggs and set aside.
Add oil to same saute pan and heat. Add all veggies and saute until cooked and onions translucent.
Add rice and Bragg’s Liquid Amnios and mix well. Add scrambled eggs and cook until heat through. Add chicken cook until warmed through
