Chili Eggs


Seriously the EASIEST recipe I've ever made. And I'm OBSESSED! Like can't get enough, our whole family wanted to grab the pan and lick the corners clean.

Ingredients: 12 eggs 8oz cheese (I used mozzerella) 2 small cans of diced green chili

dash of salt siracha to decorate

Instructions: Beat eggs, cheese & green chilis together in a bowl. Pour into a greased baking dish (I used an 11x7). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until set.
