Parfait Pops

The kids asked for breakfast for dessert tonight and I happily obliged. And the best part was we went live in Facebook to show people the circus I call my life. It started out with Eden putting her feet in the bowl and ended with Daven splashing yogurt everywhere. Your experience DOES NOT have to be nearly as circus like, but can be just as enjoyable once they're frozen! Ingredients: 1/2 cup granola (I used Cascadian Farms brand) 1/2 cup greek yogurt (I use Fage brand) 1/2 cup milk (this can be almond milk, whole, skim, coconut... whatever you like and meets your nutritional goals) 2 TBSP honey or maple syrup (if your granola already sweetened skip this!) 1 cup berries/fruit of choice (I used blueberries, but anything would be great) Directions: Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Pour into popsicle molds. We used these adorable ones: Fish Pops .

Freeze for at least 3 hours.
