No Bake Energy Bites

Do you ever get snacky... maybe it's that time of the month, or you just get the afternoon snack attack. How about keeping a stash of these handy so you can at least snack on something that will make you a better person haha.


1 cup oatmeal (be sure GF oats if you are GF!)

½ cup raw organic peanut or almond butter

⅓ cup honey or coconut nectar

1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology
