Double Chocolate No-Bake Vegan Brownies


Do you ever just need chocolate? I do, seriously some nights the cravings get out of control, but I really want to stick to my meal plan and keep on track with my goals. I ran across this recipe and had to try it. It was a winner!

There are less than 5 ingredients that make up these brownies: 1 banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder AND Vegan Chocolate Shakeology.

Eat it up! Recipe:

Ingredients: ½ cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium) ½ cup all-natural smooth peanut butter ¼ cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder 2 scoops Vegan Chocolate Shakeology

Preparation: 1. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with or aluminum foil. Set aside. 2. Combine banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and Shakeology in a bowl. Mix well. 3. Press chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour so that brownies set. 4. Cut into eight brownies. For my 21 day fix peeps this is 1/2 red & 3 tsp (there's not enough banana in each piece to count as a purple.
