Some nights I am just hungry. Do you ever late night snack? I've always struggled with this area of my health. I don't want to undo all the hard work I've done through the day. And I need to stay on track if I ever want to hit my goals. My friend Erica made this for me back in March, and I've drank it 3-4 times a week probably if not more. The benefits of ACV (apple cider vinegar) are numerable. 



20oz water
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)
1 tsp honey
juice of one lime

Put it all in a shaker cup and SHAKKKEEEEEE IT UP! haha

Drink cold.
