Mental Resiliency

The definition of resiliency is the ability to bounce back, like a rubber band. Thinking about your life and how you bounce back from obstacles and set backs. Is there something holding you back from living the best life you can? Maybe you're just missing the nutrition componant or the physical fitness componant, these things we can help you with "in house". Maybe it's more. Something deeper that's holding you back? If so we can connect you to local resources that can help you. We do the research for you, help you find a local resource that can help you get back to living the best life you can.

Depression

Depression is a condition that generally is associated with being "stuck" in a mood of sadness or grief. Everyone gets sad from time to time. But clinical depression, which comes in many different forms, is typically characterized by a longer-than-normal duration of this sad or grievous mood.

This is not something that can usually be overcome by yourself. We can help connect you to local resources that can assist you with moving past depression into a more joy filled life.

Generalized Anxiety

Worry is a normal reaction to a stressful or troubling event, and it usually goes away on its own. But what happens when the worry doesn’t go away? Some people worry all the time—even when everything is okay. They might feel like their worry is out of control or feel like they just can’t stop their worried thoughts.

This is not something that can usually be overcome by yourself. We can help connect you to local resources that can assist you with moving past the constant anxiety to a more managable level of worry.

Grief and Loss

We all face numerous losses throughout our lives. It could be losing a job, losing a home, or ending a relationship. When the loss is the death of someone close to us, someone we care about. Grief is a natural, normal response to loss. Although grieving the death of someone is a normal reaction, at times grief can feel enormously painful, overwhelming, and exhausting.
